Design

After the initial concept and design by our team in Canada we send our designs to be scrutinized, integrity checked and approved by top engineers in China

Manufacture

All our factories are held to the highest standards including stringent quality controls with SGS, FDA and BPA FREE certifications. Our factories are consistently audited to ensure a safe, healthy and child labor free working environment.

1. SOURCING

100% recycled Stainless Steel piping

2. CUTTING

The steel piping is then cut to size.

3. EXPANSION

The pipes are then loosly formed using water pressure.

4. FORMING

The steel goes through many lathe machines to produce the final shape and threading required.

5. SEALING

Beads of crystal are placed at the opening of the vacuum chamber of the bottle or mug.

6. VACCUM

The bottles or mugs are put in a decompression chamber and then fired to melt the crystal, sealing the vacuum.
